Once again, |Jodi| beat me to the punch… our dossier was successfully submitted to the National Adoption Center in Kyiv! Thanks to everyone who supported us during this frustrating and trying time! But God came through and we on our way to… more waiting. But this is the waiting we expected, as opposed to the waiting we didn't expect! :–)
